Excellent service!!!!!My partner and I recently bought a house together and we were looking for a local flooring supplier to purchase a herringbone LVT system to run throughout our downstairs . We called Kyle at Urban Houzz and he was very happy to help us choose the right flooring for our downstairs. We chose the Moduleo LayRed system after looking at the samples that he brought round to us and ordered it there and then (63 square metres).This was my first experience laying this flooring and was pleasantly surprised that Kyle was willing to help with not only how to lay the system but also he helped us with the areas of our floor that were not level. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does and I wish we had opted for fitting because it is very technical stuff and he made it look easy (it isn’t). That being said, he couldn’t do enough to help and advise because he wanted to make sure the floor was perfect as much as we did. The prices were very reasonable compared to some online shops and his extra support was invaluable and saved us a lot of time in the long run. We really appreciate the support and advice and won’t be going anywhere else for flooring in future because we know the service will be spot on (got a load of carpets upstairs that will need replacing soon).This is a genuine review of our experience and we would be happy for anyone to contact us to confirm this.Overall we are very happy customers.

Excellent job by Kyle at Urban Houzz. Fitted carpets in two bedrooms, stairs and landing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, carpets and level of detail in the fitting is absolute quality. Really happy customer !

I recommended Urban Houzz to a client for their investment property, they’ve fitted Karndean throughout the property and a conservatory, this increased the value of the property which my client was very pleased with, it also made the property look absolutely fantastic! The service was absolutely fantastic from this company and they managed to fit us in and work later to accommodate our strict time frame! Urban house have just finished our beautiful new garden room. It has made a massive difference to our home .
